Oh, Amanda, I'm sorry you're sick and sorry to hear about the cop. Congrats on getting your hippie card back, though. I still have some more catching up to do here, as I've been out of town.
If you need some more cheering up, you may enjoy my "anecdotes from Paris" entry I wrote the other day -- French kids nearly walking in on me while I'm bathing, umbrellas blowing up, and more. Like I could have just had a normal trip to Paris. It should be the second entry.

If laughter is the best medicine then Dane Cook is the Surgeon General.
Of course, sometimes a little bit of anesthesia can work wonders too. If you're ever in the Boulder/Denver area we should go to the Rio. A couple of margaritas from the Rio are the best general anesthetic that you can find.
